Yes. This program was designed specifically for people managing chronic conditions โ€” including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, and metabolic syndrome. Several of our most dramatic success stories involve participants who were on 5, 10, or even 13 medications when they started. This program does not replace your physician’s care. It teaches you the lifestyle skills that give your body the best possible chance to respond.

Most people who join have tried before. The difference here is structure, support, and a group going through it with you at the same time. We build habits week by week, not all at once. You will also get help planning around real-life obstacles โ€” not just ideal conditions.
